Privacy Policy: 
All personal information is used only to fill orders.  We respect the privacy of our customers and will not sell, rent or otherwise barter your information.  We will occasionally offer specials to our customers and encourage signing up for our monthly newsletter.  You can always opt out of receiving email from us simply by contacting us.

Ordering and payments: 
Order securely using our secure cart and pay with any major credit card.

Samples: 
We are not able to send out free samples.  However, samples are included with each order.

Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange it upon its return to us.  Return authorization is required.  Damaged products must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt.  Items must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.  Email us to obtain a return authorization.  Do not send back any products until instructed to do so.  Shipping fees from original order and return shipping charges are not included in the exchange and will not be reimbursed.  Please be aware that we do not process credit card refunds to your charge card, nor do we issue refund checks.  All products returned are for exchange only.    *Whipped body frosting & Limonella Cuticle butter are shipped at customers risk and will not qualify for return or exchange if melting in transit occurs.  It is recommended that these products are only ordered in cooler months.

Sales Tax: 
There is currently no sales tax in the state of Oregon.

Shipping: 
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours unless an item is out of stock or oversold.  We prefer USPS for all our shipping, however depending on the order, Fedex Ground may be used.   Shipping charges are determined by weight and volume of package.

International Shipping:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
